YOGA
New activity at PGIC
(free for all students)
Once a session (Week 4 Monday) PGIC now offers a free Yoga session to all its students.
Come and join in at lunch time. There are two sessions available so that no one misses out.
After a short walk to a nearby park everyone was able to relax with Yoga exercises.
All students are invited, even if you have never tried Yoga before.
After a long day studying hard, its a great feeling to go outside, breathe the fresh air and stretch.
A great way to stay fresh and relaxed in Week 4.
